I have to share this experience! I got rear ended and needed to replace my bumper on my Hyundai Santa Fe. I got a few quotes. One from regional auto collision, one from a dealership in Grimsby and from someone in Welland. The dealership actually came in cheaper than Regional Auto Collision but due to the fact the manufacturer didn't stand behind their warranty on a separate issue I called Paul at Regional Auto Collision. I explained my experience with the dealership in Grimsby and he matched their quote for me!! Not only did he match the quote, he had all the parts needed ready and waiting when I dropped off my vehicle at approx.. 9am and then incredibly had it ready for me again by 2:30pm the same day!!! I was surprised to see that he did all the work and even washed the car and vacuumed it out. Such amazing service. I highly recommend these guys!! The dealership lost out on almost $1200 in a repair and a customer ever returning again! Thank you Paul!!

The Perfect Place For Auto Body Work

If you have need of any body work on your vehicle, this is the place to go. I recently had some damage on my 1968 Camaro (original owner). I tried to find a shop that would take on the repair and after several tries I was directed to RAC. I have to say that Paul, the owner, did an incredible job in matching the paint which was about 20 years old. The toners had changed over the years making it very difficult to match the original colour. I am completely satisfied with the work and I highly recommend RAC. Paul and his wife, Karen are very friendly and very professional.

Competitive Prices and Great Services

Paul at regional auto was extremely helpful! My rad support was bent causing my hood to not fully close. I was quoted by another company at $1500 to replace the entire support, and possibly more if need be. From the start Paul was very reasonable and helpful, explaining everything he would be doing. In the end, he was able to straighten out the support enabling my hood to fully latch closed for more than half the price of what I was quoted at with the other company. I would recommend regional auto collision to everyone.

Exceeded All Expectations

I went to Regional Auto Collision for a second opinion after my insurance company's recommended body shop was going to write-off my 10 year old car. I had owned it for only 7 months and was determined to keep it. Paul assured me that he could fix the car at a cost that would satisfy both myself and the insurance company. I had high expectations after reading all the positive Google reviews and he did not disappoint. The work was completed on time as promised and I am thrilled with the results. They even detailed the car inside and out. Paul is honest and sincere in his effort to help people.

I hope I don't need their services for a long time, but if I do I will not hesitate to go to RAC first.
